PACKING

Vacuum packaging is a process in which the air inside a container is removed, leaving it empty, with the aim of increasing the expiration time of the food it contains. By extracting the air through vacuum pumps, the activity of aerobic bacteria, that is, of organisms that need oxygen, is stopped. For this we have several types of rotary vane pumps.
